Ron Abuelo's Finish Collection is a captive expression of our art in the sacred rum making technique and a tribute to our passion for producing the best aged rum.

We have selected our most treasured reserves, carefully aged in white American oak barrels, and in their final finish we have aged them up to 15 years in sherry, cognac and porto boots.

The name of each product has been deliberately chosen, each reflecting not only the wood character of the finish, but also the places that inspired us to create them: Oloroso for Jerez and Spain, Napoleon for Cognac and France and Tawny for Porto and Portugal.

From the Latin word "centum", which means a hundred, we have chosen this name for our product to celebrate a century of rum making tradition. Its complex aroma and flavor results from the blend of select rums from our oldest reserves, aged in white oak barrels for up to 30 years, that then become part of our "Family Reserve". The art of the traditional aging system "solera" allows us to maintain the character of these reserves over time, and to offer this product in limited quantities.
